Weboo leans on accessible internet technologies and do not provide uninterrupted SERVICE and Weboo do not undertakes responsibility to the CLIENT about possible loss which may appear in the result of net malfunctions. Weboo reserves the right to change Weboo internet home page hosting account regulations (regulations on hosting use) any time with or without warnings publishing those on home page www.weboowork.com.

1. User undertakes full responsibility about any activity which is made using Weboo services (further services).
    
2. It is forbidden for User to use hosting account for any illegal purposes. Forbidden to maintain files, audio and video materials, programs and other illegal data violating copyright (as well bit-torrent trackers, program serial numbers and etc.).
    
3. Using services it is forbidden to try to get access to the foreign systems or files without permission of owner even if they are not protected.
    
4. Using services it is forbidden to send e-mail spam, letter forwarding and other advertising materials to users who didn’t ask for that.
    
5. Using services it is forbidden to use services for computer viruses and similar objects distribution.
    
6. Using services it is forbidden to use services violating rights of the third person (without limitations, including intelligence property rights and confidence of the third person).
    
7. User has no right to place any protected by the law information and place any copyright violating objects, as well indicate access to those objects.
    
8. User has no rights to try to access other user system information.
    
9. User should keep all administrative access data, user login (names) and passwords hidden and he undertakes full responsibility for activities using this data. Other users of login and passwords are responsible for observing the right as much as user.
    
10. User should immediately inform Weboo about any prohibited activities with login and password or any other breaches of security which became known.
     
11. In case if there are any illegal files on the User hosting account Weboo has right to close User hosting account without any refund. As well Weboo has right to transfer information to the police or other official department if client violated copyright and made illegal activities to the third person.
     
12. User is free from full or partly responsibility in accordance with current regulations if obligations are based on force majeure. Force majeure is defined with any legal rule, agreement or other written directive which has legal force and influence on regulation performance. As force majeure is defined war, any war actions, embargo, strikes, different weather disasters, which interfere application of those regulations.
